The Model 98-6F machine cutting torch features a “F” or low pressure type injector mixer for maximum performance using alternate fuels. Model 98 three-hose machine cutting torches have a cutting capacity of 15". Two-hose 98-6 torches have a barrel diameter of 13⁄8" with a 32 pitch, 10.12 TPI rack that will fi t any industry standard torch holder. Model 98 10" barrel torches have a cutting lever and 18" barrel torches have a separate valve knob to actuate the cutting oxygen. The 98-6F is also available in a three-hose valveless design for pipe beveling and multiple torch beveling. Model 98-6TAFR-32 is a heavy duty machine cutting torch for all types of machine cutting applications including straight and contour cutting. With a solid brass head and brass body, it is strong, rugged and dependable. It features a low pressure type injector mixer for maximum performance with alternate fuels. The quick opening cutting oxygen valve provides for immediate full flow. Separate preheat and cutting oxygen valves for high and low preheat control. This 3-hose style torch has a separate valve knob to actuate the cutting oxygen, a barrel diameter of 1 3/8 in. and a 32 pitch (10.12 teeth/in.) rack that will fit any industry standard torch. This torch is equipped with FlashGuard® check valves on preheat oxygen and preheat fuel. It has a cutting capacity of 15 in. (381.0mm). For best performance, use with Harris Model 6290 high speed machine cutting tips. Alternate fuels include propylene or propane-based fuels and natural gas. NOT FOR USE WITH ACETYLENE.
