Flexovit ZIRCOMAX Type 27 and Type 29 High Density Flap Discs are made with an extra thick layering of premium zirconia alumina abrasive cloth backed by a high strength fiberglass disc. ZIRCOMAX premium zirconia alumina is available in four grits, 40, 60, 80 and 120 with a fiberglass backing plate. These extra thick, high density discs deliver twice the removal rate of our Zircotex Premium discs. They provide extremely long life and are the most productive flap disc.
